Musim Haji Masih Beberapa Bulan Lagi, Jaga Kesehatan Sejak Dini

Jakarta, Musim haji memang masih beberapa bulan lagi, tapi tak ada salahnya bagi Anda para calon haji menjaga kesehatan sejak sekarang. Jika tak terbiasa menjaga kesehatan, bisa jadi ibadah haji menjadi tidak maksimal.

"Pertama, para calon haji harus menjaga kesehatan," kata Dr dr Iris Rengganis, Sp.PD-KAI dalam acara seminar Nyaman Berwisata, Lindungi Diri dengan Vaksinasi di Energy Cafe, Energy Building Lt Mezzanine, SCBD, Jakarta, Kamis (14/2/2013).

Cara menjaga kesehatan bisa dengan mengonsumsi makanan bergizi dan tetap menjaga vitalitas fisik. Adapun makanan yang dianjurkan agar tubuh lebih sehat antara lain sayuran, buah, ikan dan daging.

Buah dan sayur akan membantu tubuh memasok antioksidan dan bioflavonoid. Sedangkan khusus jeruk atau lemon, bisa memberi resistan terhadap infeksi yang berasal dari kuman dan penyakit.

Calon haji juga harus meningkatkan sistem imun dengan olahraga dan vaksin. Vaksinasi yang dibutuhkan calon jamaah antara lain vaksinasi meningitis, influenza dan pneumonia.

Vaksinasi paling baik dilakukan maksimal 2 minggu sebelum perjalanan. Karena pembentukan antibodi akan membutuhkan waktu sekitar 14 hari. Setelah itu, antibodi dari vaksin tersebut akan aktif selama 3 tahun.

Calon jamaah biasanya diwajibkan untuk divaksin meningitis. Tapi tak ada salahnya jika ingin melakukan vaksin influenza dan pneumonia. Nah vaksin pneumonia ini dianjurkan diambil oleh calon haji berusia 50 tahun.

Dates of receipt of applications for Hajj visas

The last date for receiving applications for Hajj visas from the embassies and representations Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques outside the Kingdom is the 25th of Dhu al-Qi'dah of each year according to Hijri calendar*.

Validity of Hajj visas

The Hajj Visas for pilgrims coming by air will expire by the end of Dhu al-Hijjah, and no later than the 15th of Muharram of the year which followed. And the date of coming back must be according to the dates of travel tickets.

The last date of pilgrims coming by sea is the end of Muharram.
The last date of pilgrims coming by bus is 5th of Muharram.

Last date for arrival of pilgrims to the Kingdom by land is the end of the Zil Qadh of each year according to the Hijri calendar*.

Dates of arrival for Pilgrims coming by Air
